Belleek

I collect Belleek - spasmodically anyway.  It depends on the mark - this little set has the coveted black mark; so we bid for them and got them at a remarkably good price.  

Like most antique porcelain the price has dropped markedly over the past few years - but swings and roundabouts! The price will go up again soon enough.
