Quod oculus meus videt

Still aching from golf, I enjoyed a swim to ease muscles at lunchtime, unusually having the fast lane to myself for all of the 64 lengths.

In the afternoon I tidied the garden, between the showers, which marked the end of the glorious weather.  I was going to wheel the garden bin nearer to where I was pruning, but saw this spider had used it to anchor its web, so left it be.  Of course, I had an ulterior motive, needing a blip.

We're still mulling over a holiday to Botswana, but have some misgivings as it is in a high risk Malaria locality and we have no experience of taking anti-malarial treatments.  We've booked to see the practice nurse tomorrow to discuss.
