Rhubarb with Tuscan Kale

This combo looks and tastes quite nice!

My sister-in-law gave me oodles from their farm and it was high time to start using it. Yum yum yum!

Apple and rhubarb crumble tonight to compensate my son for dinner (defrosting my husband’s delicious osso bucco and serving it on polenta - two strikes down!)
