Back to school... yerssssssssssssssssss

The day has finally arrived. The one waited for with such keen longing by parents up and down Ontario. The kids go back to school.

Ottawacker Jr. not only goes into Grade 5, he also gets to walk to and from school by himself. We're still a bit leery about this - even though there is a crossing guard in place - but I suppose we'll have to trust him sooner or later. 

And, actually, really, honestly, I'm quite sad the holidays are over. He's fun to be around and now I get blamed for any farting noises that take place during daylight hours.
