Other than my 5k run through Santa Crus this morning we had a lazy day as we gather our senses and orientation in the Hotel and surrounding area. Our first concern was the noise from the airport due to the hotel being less than 1km away. And the motorway which separates the two. And the noise was hardly noticeable! The hotel's setting is stunning as it is located on a cliff edge. It boasts a sea water swimming pool at the bottom, fabulous food , and a garden that surrounds the grounds where absolutely anything can grow. As for the heat, it was sunny but relatively cool thanks to the gentle breeze off the Atlantic ocean.
