Sunday: Perfect View

We decided not to leave Split until this afternoon, figuring that we might as well sit and enjoy the view a little longer.  So we whiled away the morning, sitting in a cafe, looking at this view, and reading.  It was such a treat for the eyes!

Now back in Zagreb and ready for the week ahead!  It looks like the good weather will hold too!

But, rather annoyingly, this is one of the few photos I could use.  All the others are covered in spots, and, in some case, a big black smudge.  It seems that I have got my camera pretty dirty which is going to need to some urgent attention....

On another note, I have finally, after far too long, finished reading 'Flashman And The Redskins' and in true Flashman fashion it was a jolly good yarn.  Next up is a German thriller called 'Der Beobachter' (loosely translated as 'The Watcher') by a German author, Charlotte Link, whom I enjoy very much.  It is already a real page turner........
