Swim buddies

My friend Wayne joined the sunrise swim this morning before he headed off. He’s pictured here with my regular swim buddy Sandra.
It’s been so lovely showing Wayne around Folkestone and amazing that after 14 years we were able to just pick up chatting pretty much were we left off.
I need to get my act together to go and visit him in Virginia sometime.
