253/365 Raining

Oh dear what a shock to my system when the alarm went off at 5.15 this morning. Back to work and so soon after our holiday.

It seems that the heatwave has now ended and we've had a few short, sharp showers today. Apparently thunder and lightning too but I never saw that.

I tried to have a nap this afternoon but couldn't settle so will be going up to bed early and hopefully have a bit of a lie in tomorrow. I did have an appointment at the opticians at 10.00 a.m but that has been cancelled.
