Further my skills

Classical landscape

The low mountain range Odenwald consists mainly of forest (wald = woods). However, the part where we live looks more like what my entry shows. Smaller hills, smaller fields, just a few trees. Cows are usually kept inside. The fields are mainly used for grain, maize, sugar beets, rapeseed, Chinese silver grass, and green manure. And of course regular grass.
This time of the year most harvesting has been done, only maize and sugar beets are still allowed to grow. The tractor in the distance was sowing winter grain.
Thanks to steveng for hosting the Wide Wednesday challenge.
