Week 3 - first longer run!

Week 3 of the training-regime ... so far, we've been on a constant 2-miles, but upped it to just under 3-miles this afternoon :-)

Couldn't quite manage an early morning run, as had bit of a boozy-night last night --- self-inflicted, so no sympathy being sought :-(

Anyhow - the route is still along the canal, but to the Slateford Viaduct this time, as this shot shows. Taken 'on-the-run' and seems to have come out okay?

Today's figures:

Date: 9/6/13
Height: 6 ft 4inches
Weight: 16stone 4pounds (wasting away!)
Distance run: just <3miles
Pace: 9mins/mile (slower pace)

As usual, all the details on why I'm doing this can be found here.

And, if you want to consider sponsoring me - to help Venture Scotland, then you can do so via the JustGiving page I've set up here.

Another runnng-day tomorrow ... and we'll be on this 3-mile route for a further 2-weeks now!
