A Familiar View…….

……..at the beginning of the day. Maisie and I were out very early this morning. I was determined to capture some images from the same spots as I did at sunset last night. Similar sites but in the early morning light. This view is looking upstream towards the High Street Bridge. The day dawned to sunshine and no wind. But by mid-morning the weather had changed with heavy clouds closing in and a very cold wind. Interestingly some areas of cloud were of the “Mammatus” type. Fairly unusual. My friend Lynette visited . We had coffee and inspected the work Hannah and Alex had done in the garden during the weekend but we decided it was far too cold to be out and about in the wind today.
