A Hare Mosaic from the Corinium Museum

One from yesterdays trip to Cirencester, originally call Corinium. The museum has an amazing collection of artifacts which have been discovered by archaeologists. Cirencester was an important Roman centre dating back to AD43.
The hare motif was a unique centrepiece in Roman mosaics in Britain.
