flesh fly

I think this is a flesh fly. Not sure what it was doing in our garden but I found it enjoying a bit of afternoon sun on an old bit of plastic. It was still there after I’d gone in to get the camera so I thought it needed to be blipped. We got quite a bit done in the garden before it started raining which was good. I was on the big computer this afternoon for a while - a couple of bills to pay and general checking of stuff. Also deleted a load of emails.
