Sunset on the Auld Kirk

The Auld Kirk, Cullen: a place of worship for almost 800 years, and a historic building of national significance. Spend a moment in the Kirk and I don't think anyone, religious or not, could fail to be touched by the  deep sense of spirituality and peace that over the centuries has come to permeate its very stones.

The Church of Scotland has decided it is "to be sold or disposed of". And the leadership of the CoS can't understand why their members are deserting in droves...
