Our garden

So turned up chiropractor appt and its tommorow 3rd time different events wrong day!!  since i have notched down another level.. My mind seems to have become putty!! Functioned in high steas lane so long successfully, anyway..
N joined me in my 1:1 pilates today my last one his journey now!! and was overwhelmed by all the breathing, moves etc... hoping he will see the benefit.. 
Our son arrived tonight always a joyous moment.
