LAS end of day 1

Lean Agile Scotland (leanagile.scot) is running for the tenth time. There’s a core of regular attendees and contributors, so it’s a bit like a family reunion.

It starts with a hopeful keynote from Adrian Cockcroft, ends with a punchy close from Sarah Drummond, and includes my session in the middle, just after lunch… which goes well I think.

The organisers hold a birthday party at The Scotsman hotel and then a group of us head to Nanyang for a Malaysian end to the day.
