What a morning!

Rare early-morning run - and what a reward! I turned round to see if anyone behind me & there was just that glorious sunrise.
Run done & off to see grandkids & participate in Friday evening after school ice-cream rush.
Now watching Frozen, kids eating popcorn. Healthy night must be tomorrow…
