One In, One Out

So I have invested in a new sofa and armchair (from a v traditional shop in Leatherhead who have been having a closing down sale - end of lease, new rent too high. Great shame). the replacements are a huge improvement and I have already managed to shift (rather to my surprise) the old sofa on Marketplace. This little armchair is super comfy and I bought it from a charity shop years ago. But I have no space to keep it so... sadly it has to go. I hope it will sell. I find the Marketplace experience quite stressful.
