On the bridge

It was a fairly sunny day and we spent the morning playing with our grandson at home although l did find the time to pick some courgettes, beans, tomatoes and raspberries. It’s getting near the end of the season for most things although the courgettes are still producing well.

In the afternoon l went with my daughter and our grandsons to Bicton Park. It’s a favourite venue for our oldest grandson who loves to be chased and run around on the large manicured lawn with its colourful flower displays. We next headed to the little stream where he sits on the bridge dropping leaves and stick into the water. There were also lots of water boatmen moving around on the top of the water which also amused him. We then headed onto the playground area where the extra photo was taken. A good afternoon outing.
