After finding the parkrun I.feel happy with not on the coast, and feeling ok super slow after back injury, testing it.. I completed it and then our daughter arrived v distressed lost another friend in th hospital through ligature. She is so.upset for.many reasons and fully undestand we have been this close,  hospital in news for.losing 3 other patients taking their.life.
However we set up on the beach enjoyed.the sun and R has.some Crocs as shown.
N and My beach shoes caused sone frivolity.. dont care we can walk and stones and in the sea they cant!!  lovely 26 deg!! think the last.of summer.maybe??
