Roughcastle Tunnel

I was orienteering in Falkirk this morning and had a good run around the Town Centre. As is usual there is a Turf inter-regional competition and, as last year, Scotland entered a team. I took the train to Falkirk and cycled home along the Forth and Clyde Canal to the Falkirk Wheel and then up to the Roughcastle Tunnel where the blip was taken. After this it is pretty much flat to Edinburgh in rather nice sunny weather.
