Very relaxing Saturday - much needed, but also slightly enforced by the weather.  I'd have been out raking the garden ready for sowing wildflower seeds if it hadn't been such a grotty day.  Quite happy to hole up inside and rest up though.  A proper day off from DIY for Tim, too. 

I did attempt to fix our soft-close toilet seat today, but discovered that it is beyond repair (or beyond me, at least - the fluid in the hinge had leaked out), so I ordered a new one online - as well as some new lightbulbs for the kitchen.  I also spent some time this afternoon creating a birthday gift for my Mum.
