Dinna Fash Sassenach - Day 3

Old haunts

Stayed fairly local after a lot of travelling the previous days. Headed to Mellon Charles first and had tea at the Perfume Studio - it's closing soon and being converted into a large rental cottage. I'll be sad not to visit again but was expecting it, I know the owner has been trying to sell for a while without success... think in the end he's just decided to keep it and rent it out.

I had a little wander and beachcomb on the beach below the studio and then we headed back around the coast to Firemore Beach (extra), one of our favourite haunts. And there's always a rainbow :-)

Had a cappuccino at the little pop-up coffee van in Poolewe - it was cracking! On the way back to the hotel we went a little further along the road to take a picture of Slioch (extra), I love saying that name hehe.

Chilled at the hotel for a bit and had something to eat before heading back out past Badachro (where we usually stay) to another of our favourite places - Opinan beach (made a little video of why it's so special here). Went a bit further along the road to the viewpoint at Redpoint (main blip) and enjoyed the sunset.

A lovely day visiting old haunts.
