In the dark (and light).

Lovely light and shade on the Dame Judy Dench Walk this afternoon. 
York is a lovely place for a City break.
Our hotel is in a great location,  and the forecast rain didn't last long so we've done a lot of walking and exploring. 
The Jorvik Centre was a great surprise and the walk along the City walls was very refreshing.  It's surprisingly warm and I've brought Autumn clothes!
Off to the posh Everyman Cinema tonight to see 'A Haunting in Venice'.
I could get used to this not working  :)
