Carcassonne

It was so thoughtful of the French motorway planners to put an “aire” or layby stop, just in the right place to get a photo of Carcassonne wasn’t it?
We didn’t visit as we’ve been there before, about 15 years ago.
We left Le Grau-du-Roi at 7am, and it wasn’t too bad a journey. Elvis was glad to be picked up although he really enjoys kennels, and loves playing with the other dogs, but he’s glad we’re all back home together now.
