Lost but found

I found today in credibly hard. It’s hard to always have people on at you and things to do and no peace. I find patience incredibly hard at the moment. I really try to stay calm and not explode but to walk away. It’s so hard right now.
Moved a bedroom round to stay out of the way and try and keep my mouth shut.
Found the missing watch. Starting to feel very squashed and pressurised.
