10°C  -  12 mph SW Wind Speed  -  22 mph Gusts  -  Overcast  -  Light Rain  -  Sunny Intervals.  More four Seasons weather  -  here's proof of the rainy spell.  Shopped in Govan Cross Shopping Centre  -  bought my usual Spatone -  a new mixture has come aboard  - this one contains apple concentrate and vitamin C along with the usual iron-rich water.  The iron-rich water comes from the Trefriw Wells Spa in the Welsh National Park of Snowdonia.  The packet says it "supports normal cognitive function"  -  that should keep me blipping for a while longer methinks:-))
