Double rainbow

A rainy morning gave way to a drier afternoon, so we managed a walk from Hawse end down to the south end of Derwentwater and back. 

As we got near to the car the heavens opened. We were driving through Portinscale when the Sun came out and looking over the lake I spotted a rainbow. Drove into Derwentwater marina, and caught a few pictures, over looked by blipper Sue Middleton who lives there.

After getting my pics, she invited us in for a brew and a chat - so good to see her again - it's been a long time since we've met up.
