The View from the Queue

Uptown early for my flu and Covid jags but not early enough apparently - the place was heaving. Plenty folk giving the vaccinations though so the queue moved right along. Might not have been a good idea but I headed straight to the golf course for some much needed exercise and fresh air. And later it was another tenpin match where we’d a good team win, everyone playing half-decent and JacktheLad playing his best in a while.
As soon as I got home however I was flattened - hot, shivery, aching all over. Straight to bed!
