Wide wild and windy Worthing

Wonderful windswept morning & great briny smell.
Wine tasting was a bit of fun; local agricultural college who make their own, very palatable wines. Our guide was a lecturer there, shy but super-knowledgable and absolutely charming.
Yoga this morning. I probably need to go more than once every two months for it to do any good! Enjoyable though.
