Waiting

I'm sorry my blips are so depressing at the moment. Smithers is still unwell, having eaten nothing and drunk very little today. I'm waiting for his consultant to ring. He wants to consult with a colleague about the best way forward to reduce the eye pressure without the side effects of nausea and weakness.

This photo was taken from the open front door as I waved goodbye to a friend who had come to witness some legal documents for us. Smithers managed to sign them, but only just, because he couldn't see well enough.
