Woodpecker parking

OK, not a great photo. But there was a little green woodpecker sitting in my work car park this morning! It was being bothered by a pair of magpies but, surprisingly brave for a woodpecker, stood its ground long enough to have its photo taken.

Again I am struck by how lucky I am, being an office worker but with nature so close to my doorstep.
