Through these eyes

Yesnaby Cliffs

We woke up to very low cloud and rain but the awful forecast didn't materialise and we ended up with a brilliant day (it's blowing a gale and the rain is pelting the windows now though).

We visited the RSPB reserve at Hobbister first where I discovered my boots have sprung a leak. Then onto Skara Brae which was amazing (see extras). Next were the cliffs at Yesnaby where my main blip was taken looking towards Hoy. Finally we went to Stromness where we saw juvenile razorbills which we thought at first were little auks but have since decided where razorbills.

A very enjoyable day, just hope the forecast is wrong again about tomorrow !
