I'm A King Bee . . . The Rolling Stones

This morning a bumble bee was enjoying the Kowhai flowers.
The physio thinks it is perhaps bending in the garden pulling weeds that my back has objected to.  I have to do more stretching throughout the day and after gardening.  She was pleased with my flexibility which I can thank the pool class for.  Having never been sporty I find it amusing when someone thinks I am okay at something.  I did get a good massage at the end.
