Walk!

"Went for a walk" isn't quite as ideal as it sounds but I did do a circuit of the country park with my trusty walking stick!

Was eyeing up the side paths and hills I'll be enjoying again one day but for now the little hobble made me feel less guilty about the hot chocolate and pain au raisin consumed in the cafe! :)

Going out out this evening with a group of friends to celebrate F's birthday. I was going to drive as it's not too far so he can have a beer or two but his mate has very kindly offered to pick us up so I shall have a cider and possibly a celebratory new-job cocktail!
