Myrtle Resting…..

…… on a favourite perch. A little platform on top of the scratching stand. Her best friend Bryan the Birman was asleep on a chair next to her. Myrtle is beginning to shed her long winter coat. I comb her every day and always try to get rid of a few knots. She sort of yelps when I tug at her coat but is very forgiving….. and keeps on purring. I think she knows I am trying to help her with her grooming. A darling cat. I love her dearly.
