Salvage job

Brought this poor fella home from the office today, am desperately hoping it isn't beyond all help.

It was delivered to me at work as a thank you from my mum and sisters for taking them to New York in April and should have been straightforward as it only requires water for five minutes once a week.

Unfortunately, I am away from the office so often that I've had to leave it's care to others so things took a sad turn. I'm hoping that at home with some natural light, I can bring it back to health again.

If anyone knows anything about orchids, I'd be grateful for any advice.
