Sweet Young Lady …

… keeping out of the way of some rutting males that Wildmint and I heard above the Vallon du Nant tonight … hence the late upload. One huge male briefly appeared out of the forest (extra, but almost dark so not well focussed). The terrain up there was really hard on the ankles and balance so we made sure we were down on the track before dark.

I had gone up to Anzeindaz this morning and found myself in the mêlée of the descent of the 350 cows that live up there in the summer months, quite scary! (Second extra which could have been my main. Now seriously ready for bed as I have a very early deer rut chase tomorrow morning! I might be doing too much!
