Aira Force

Given the rain yesterday, overnight and this morning we headed off to Windermere for lunch rather than go for a walk. It picked up weather wise so we decided to go to Aira force on the way back.

Wow, there was a lot of water forcing its way down. The main photo is looking down from the top of the force but somehow doesn’t capture the sheer power and majesty, or obviously the sound. Tried to add some extras but only managed to get one to load.
