The Lozarithm Lens

Caen Hill (Monday 25th September 2023)

Today I was in both Melksham and Trowbridge, and stopped in Marsh Lane in Buzz on the way home for a canal stroll and a bit of reading. It is looking very autumnal now, as I hope is reflected in this blip looking west towards the road bridge near where I parked. Higher up I came across a solo cygnet (in Extras).

Lozarithm's Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Led Zeppelin - Hats Off To (Roy) Harper (1970)
Spent some time researching Roy Harper's back cataloguing trying to track down a live album recorded at Les Cousins in 1969 but only released decades later, apart from one track (I Hate The White Man) included on his album Flat Baroque And Berserk that year as intended. This track from Led Zeppelin III is loosely based on Bukka White's 1937 song Shake 'Em On Down, as was Custard Pie  five years later on Physical Graffiti. The arrangement for this was attributed to Charles Obscure (actually Jimmy Page, a friend of Roy Harper's).
