Solitude

Today is a glorious spring day, +16C and not a cloud in the sky.

This morning I walked down the hill and had a cuppa and scone with the church ladies.  Always good to catch up with them.  After lunch I parked by the lake and strolled into town.  I took this photo on the way.  That is Mt Maude in the background.  The extras are Kowhai flowers and Cherry blossoms, with Mt Roy in the background.

I just have to light the fire, and then put my feet up.
