Someone at the new Hong Kong restaurant up the street shares my liking for In The Mood For Love, the film poster on the right. 

The food’s nothing like traditional Australian Cantonese. “See the disappointed Caucasians flee after seeing the menu”, one reviewer wrote. Well, I’m planning to have a mochi pineapple bun and original cold noodles, but the decor is the main drawcard.

Extra: the tiny flowers in water and red wine vinegar experiment continues. Now regretting the parsley (not shown).
