Bishop's Mill....

.....Maastricht

After visiting the eye clinic, we enjoyed a lovely lunch and walk at Maastricht.
On the picure the renovated water mill, where the miller grinds an ancient variety of spelt, which the baker then uses to bake the most delicious and healthy types of bread and pastries.
