Now at the stage of this jigsaw puzzle when shape sorting and fiting works best for the best. This is one of my favourite stages - find it very relaxing. 

My talk last night went well - good questions and discussion afterwards and positive feedback afterwards. Phew ! I really enjoyed doing it - both the preparation and the actual talk.  It really helped me focus my thoughts and make connections between different elements. 

Today saw a visit to dental hygienist (all good) and my return to country dancing (good fun but I was a bit rusty).
