Balancing

Jacqui was on a birding boat trip today on the River Dart. The target was ospreys on winter passage and one was seen at close quarters. Success. 
I walked from Broadsands to Brixham, setting out early. This is Churston Ferrers on the way,  looking idyllic in the morning. I just pottered about dining at the Vigilance (Wetherspoons), and had unlimited hot drinks. I read that older people should do exercises to improve their balance whenever a suitable moment arises so  I stood on one leg each time the machine was preparing my drink.  I felt a bit conspicuous  but it will pay dividends one day. And all for £1.50
