French Toast and Maple Syrup

Travelling the Sunshine Coast from Vancouver Island to the BC mainland at Horseshoe Bay. An overnight stop in Sechelt resulted in us finding Joe's on the Beach at Davies Bay.. After an excellent evening meal, we returned for breakfast. French Toast with maple syrup and fruit coulis was absolutely delicious.
