Samples of London

Liberty fabric sculpture

A round numbered Blip day. Happens I'm in London, so there are many choices for blips.

Started by walking along Ludgate Hill and Fleet Street, then to the Victoria Embankment gardens by the back of the Savoy to the RSA on John Adams street. The building has been refurbished since I was last in it; it's somewhat of a maze in the lower levels.
To Trafalgar Square and the National; the Frans Hals show I was hoping to see doesn't start until Saturday, but there are a splendour of other pictures and people and a glorious building to admire. St Martins in the Field had changes ringing as I came out (2nd extra).

From there to Liberty (lunch in the cafe) and fabric to admire (3rd extra).
People watching and birds in Hanover Square in warm sunshine. (1st extra) It's still warm in London.

From there along Brook St (Issay Miyake) to Berkeley Square where Lapada has started. Last extra is the lineup of glasses ..
Japanese suits of armour, a rotary aircraft engine, great quantities of jewellery as well as furniture and paintings. More good people watching.

Tea at Claridge's Art cafe on a quiet back street, then made my first Elizabeth line trip from Bond Street. Walked back from Farringdon.
