Back to sourdough.

I haven’t made any sourdough for a few months, but having paid £3.50 for one from Asda last week, I thought it was time to get the starter out of the fridge. Although I have to say, their sourdough is excellent!

This one had Cotswold Crunch flour and Strong Plain white flour from Matthew’s Cotswold Bakery.
