After the rain came the sun .

I’ve managed a lot of outside hours today despite the threat of storm Agnes. Bulb planting at 7.30 to get it done before the stormy weather arrived followed by a lengthy walk in order to fetch the milk .After the school traffic had died down, Bramble and I took an amble through the park and enjoyed the warm air and sunshine .
Unfortunately the backdrop to the day was the news that the UK government has sanctioned drilling for oil at Rosebank .
