Mixer blade

The one problem with a Kenwood Chef is that the supplied mixer paddles don’t cope well with small amounts of mixture. These get smeared around the sides of the bowl and have to be scraped down regularly.
There is a paddle with silicon blades that wipe the bowl as they turn. It’s rather expensive. However my hand mixer has broken down and instead of buying yet another one I decided to invest in this new paddle.
I am very pleased with it! I think that if the butter is nice and soft it will do a very good job.
The Kenwood Chef is a very sturdy machine so maybe I won’t need any more equipment!
